This morning, by opening my emails, surprise! Frédéric Lenoir’s assistant, Astrid, answers on his behalf. He thanks me for my interest and he gives me his consent to publish his videos on our network! What a pleasure to feel Frédéric’s support for our missions to our 50+ community!  I, who have been in admiration of Monsieur Lenoir for a few years, is the dance of joy!

One of my friends had the amazing idea to give me his Masterclass for my birthday! I love philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, optimism, sociology, positive thinking: Frédéric brings everything into one: all the guidelines, thoughts and attitudes to be happy.

Since this morning, I am delighted to share this with you, to inspire you and to illuminate with his agreement and his publications, some of your days on our social network

Who is he now?

Frédéric Lenoir is a sociologist and philosopher. Doctor of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris.

Author and author of essays, novels, tales and encyclopedias, all translated into about twenty languages and sold seven million copies worldwide. He also enjoys writing for other media such as theatre, documentaries and even comics.

In his career, he participated in the creation of several foundations and associations: to build the world of tomorrow, ... what a magnificent project!  And also the association Together for Animals: which works for the protection and respect of animals and has for project to create a better link between man and animal.

On his official website, you will find all its bibliography and teachings on various media.

I suggest you listen to it today on our network, about optimism and happiness, news interview. This video supports us in moving our thoughts towards a happy feeling. As the famous bet of the philosopher Pascal encouraging the skeptic to believe in God, since there is nothing to lose, I encourage anyone to be interested in happiness. Neuroscientists and positive thinkers, invite us to create senarios of success, as a projection that will lead our brain in conducting this.   I was already delivering it to you in another article. There is nothing to lose, on the contrary, in keeping a luminous energy to advance in this world that very often shows us its dark parts. All to our inner lanterns, to shed light on our lives!

Beautiful sunny day to you,

Sophie
