Hello Patricia,

You have agreed to share your expertise regarding loneliness, do you think that a social network like www.senior.life is one of the answers to this?

I think that, at present, all initiatives aimed at connecting people are welcome, as long as, like yours, they have a humanist purpose and propose solutions to their members.
Without that, without clear and precise objectives, these gatherings have, in my opinion, no meaning.

However, gathering around a theme that affects a majority of members is more than beneficial in our time.

What is your area of expertise?

As far as I’m concerned, I have a master’s degree in law, and I started my career as a lawyer.

As someone who likes to build, I was frustrated when my clients walked in the day before the hearing with an incomplete file.

I then decided to join the private sector as a corporate lawyer. I could finally build.

I quickly had the opportunity to become an HRD and it was there that I understood that my deep motivation was certainly related to justice, or rather to equity, but especially to the human.

Following a major painful event, I reoriented my career by creating a “tailor-made” profession. I have brought together all my experiences, both professional and private, and I have added many training courses, including mediation, P.N.L. and various energy tools.

A subtle mix of these many tools and techniques gave birth to the integrative coaching I practice today. It is a three-dimensional coaching heart/body/mind, the key, in my opinion, for a sustainable transformation.

As for my book, "Solitude, I leave you!" it was born from a bitter observation about the loneliness of the human being. Once again, I came out of my own suffering, which is, in fact, a

a therapeutic approach, to understand why loneliness can generate, depending on the case, such great suffering.

I then contacted the notion of “completeness”, which is certainly, in my opinion, one of the major keys. Indeed, as long as the human being is not aware of its completeness, he will, at all times, be in search of someone or something that can complete it, pure illusion, obviously!

Thank you Patricia!
